  • The Language Centre application package must arrive at the Language Centre by the Application Deadline for your first term of ESL study. Deadlines are June 1, August 15, November 15 and March 1.
  • Use the fillable forms to provide:
    • Application form
    • Personal Profile
  • Pay required fees by credit card or bank wire >> view costs and fees

number-3.gifApply for a Study Permit with your Letters of Acceptance from University and Language Centre

  • University Pathway applicants will receive two Letters of Acceptance. One letter of acceptance will be for the Language Centre and the other will give conditional admission to the University of Saskatchewan.
  • Apply for your Study Permit using these two letters of acceptance.
  • A Study Permit is required for anyone who plans to study in Canada for longer than 6 months.
  • Contact the Canadian embassy or consulate nearest you for required forms and information.

Every applicant must contact the Language Centre by the Final Payment Deadline for the first term of ESL applied for. By this date, you must do one of the following:

  • Confirm that you will attend; or,
  • Defer to the next term; or,
  • Cancel your registration and request a refund.

To confirm, send the following required items:

  • Tuition Balance
  • Housing fees
  • Copy of visa
  • Travel itinerary

Failure to make contact: If you do not communicate with the Language Centre by the Final Payment Deadline your place in the program will be cancelled and most fees paid will not be refunded.
